1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pb77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, or uses any service offered on the pb77 website located at https://pb77.ws and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the pb77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms that may apply from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pb77 platform and close your account.

pb77 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pb77 website, mobile site, and all services made available through those channels, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, arcade games, and the pb77 VIP program.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following completion of the pb77 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit awarded to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer, which is subject to specific wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which pb77 confirms a Player's identity, age, and residency in compliance with applicable regulations.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, arcade game, or any other betting market made available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online betting services is unlawful or restricted under applicable local law.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account on pb77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pb77 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. Individuals under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or place any wager on the Platform.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is unlawful.
• You are registering solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by pb77 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, officer, director, or contractor of pb77 or any of its associated entities.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or placed under any voluntary or mandatory exclusion order that would prohibit your participation.

Each Player may hold only one Account on pb77. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If pb77 discovers that a Player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending investigation. Only one account per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your Account and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

pb77 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to provide identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with pb77, including immediately after registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, or where pb77 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided during registration is inaccurate.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid Bangladesh passport, or a valid driving licence. pb77 may also request proof of address in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and current residential address.

pb77 reserves the right to suspend Account activity, including pending withdrawals, until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the initial request may result in Account closure and, where applicable, return of the verified deposited balance to the original payment method used, less any winnings derived from unverified activity.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pb77 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify pb77 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. pb77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such unauthorised access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

pb77 recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication on their Accounts and use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service. pb77 will never contact you to request your password by any means.

Any bets placed or transactions conducted through your Account prior to you notifying pb77 of unauthorised access will be considered valid and binding on you, unless pb77 determines in its sole discretion that there is clear evidence of third-party fraud.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

All Account balances on pb77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pb77 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and Account tier; players may view current limits in the Cashier section of their Account. pb77 reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion, including for responsible gaming, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. pb77 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or technical issues outside pb77's control.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. pb77 may require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method; VIP tier players benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing.

pb77 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where identity verification has not been satisfactorily completed. In such cases, pb77 will notify the Player and provide an opportunity to resolve the matter.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

pb77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing Players. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that specific offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all pb77 promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
• pb77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or reverse bonus credits where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or misuse.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of standard withdrawal procedures following satisfaction of wagering requirements.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pb77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. These rules are published in the Help and Rules sections of the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with all applicable rules before placing any wager.

pb77 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets at amended odds where:

• A bet was placed on the basis of a manifest error in odds, spreads, or handicap lines.
• The outcome of an event is affected by an event that falls outside the normal parameters of the relevant sport or game (for example, match abandonment, course changes, or technical failure affecting a casino game).
• pb77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a bet was placed as part of a coordinated betting scheme designed to exploit pricing errors or engage in arbitrage activity contrary to fair play principles.
• An event result is subsequently amended by the relevant governing body (for example, the International Cricket Council, the Bangladesh Cricket Board, or FIFA).

The settlement of bets is final once confirmed in your Account transaction history. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

Casino games on pb77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi under their respective fair play frameworks. pb77 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pb77 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players, including through the sharing of information about live casino hands, in-play betting positions, or game states in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, platform glitches, or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known errors are not eligible for withdrawal and will be reversed.
• Using funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or any form of financial fraud to fund your Account.
• Registering under a false name, providing forged identity documents, or misrepresenting your age or location to circumvent eligibility requirements.
• Attempting to access the Account of any other Player, reverse-engineer the Platform's software, or conduct any form of security attack against pb77's infrastructure.
• Registering or operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities.

10 Suspension and Termination

pb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pb77 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, pb77 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any balance held in the Account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where those funds are directly linked to the breach in question. Where termination is not related to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting pb77 support. Where a Player closes their Account voluntarily, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and the resulting balance will be paid out subject to standard verification requirements.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pb77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, and design elements, is the property of pb77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use pb77's intellectual property for any purpose other than using the Platform as a registered Player in the ordinary course.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pb77 Platform without the express prior written consent of pb77. Unauthorised use of pb77's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pb77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if pb77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pb77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pb77 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability, during which bets may not be placed. pb77 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise such interruptions and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

pb77 is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, device hardware failures, or network disruptions that affect a Player's ability to access the Platform or result in the unintentional submission or loss of bets.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

pb77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the pb77 Privacy Policy.

pb77 uses the personal data you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications. pb77 does not sell personal data to third parties.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by pb77 by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law and within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Responsible Gaming

pb77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their betting activity. The Platform makes available deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and voluntary self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of every Player's Account dashboard.

Players who believe they may be experiencing problems with gambling are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek assistance from independent support organisations. pb77 supports players in accessing responsible gaming resources and will cooperate with any third-party intervention where requested by the Player or their authorised representative.

pb77 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and reserves the right to close any Account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the Account holder is under the age of 21, regardless of whether identity documents have been provided. All winnings accrued on an underage Account will be forfeited.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pb77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pb77 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the pb77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which pb77 operates.

pb77 encourages Players to contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. The support team will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to reach a resolution within 30 days of the initial submission.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
